Brushes are used to support product in perforator applications. Whether using knives, pins, blades or dies; brushes will far outlast rubber rolls. The brushes you will want are Jenkins tufted Metlkor brushes. When backing up you want a tufted brush so the filaments move away from your knives in (4) directions rather than the (2) directions strip brushes can move in. By moving in (4) directions you are reducing the amount of shearing of your filaments, thus increasing the life of your brush. The tufted brush will give you more savings, a better bottom line.
